Paul Williams is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in Information Technology Leadership. He currently serves as the Vice President of Solutions for Koniag Government Services, where he plays a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering effective solutions to clients.
With a Master’s degree in Information Systems, Paul possesses a strong educational foundation to complement his extensive practical experience. His expertise lies in Cloud, Software Development, and DevSecOps, making him a valuable asset in today’s rapidly evolving technology landscape.
Driven by a passion for continuous learning and professional growth, Paul holds several certifications, including Service Oriented Architecture, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Cloud Architect, ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), and Security+.
Paul has a notable track record in implementing METOC (Meteorological and Oceanographic) systems, with over 6 years of experience developing METOC systems for NAVOCEANO and CNMOC. His deep understanding of METOC systems and their applications has allowed him to successfully deliver advanced solutions to clients.
Randy Ellis

Randy Ellis has been an IT professional for 26 years, fully entrenched in all phases and methodologies of software development. Beginning in his early work in Y2K code remediation, constant design and development of Java web applications to architecting and maintaining modern Salesforce applications, Randy has remained on the forefront of digital language development. Randy has received 2 specific Salesforce certifications, the Salesforce Certified User Experience Designer and Salesforce Certified Javascript Developer. With over 15 years of government contracting experience, Randy knows how to effectively plan and deliver on high expectations from his customers. In his 2.5 years with Koniag Government Services, Randy has built software delivery pipelines, built prototype applications in obtaining new work, as well as developed and maintained custom Salesforce applications. Along the way, he has achieved many certifications, including PMP, PMI-ACP, SOA Certified Architect, Certified Scrum Master, as well as several certifications in Salesforce and AWS. Throughout his career, database design has always been an enjoyable activity. In today’s data-focused environment, using Amazon DataZone harnesses the data mesh pattern, making it scalable to producers and consumers within an organization.
